Returns Eligibility

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Return the original item following the return process

  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an EU country, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must:

Refunds
