We guarantee a full refund if:
- the item you received is not as described, or
- your order is not delivered within the Buyer Protection period.

How the Refund Process Works

Step 2: Request a Refund
If we cannot reach a satisfactory solution, you may formally request a refund by providing:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- photos or evidence, if applicable
Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days after delivery or after the end of the delivery confirmation period.
Step 3: Get Your Money Back
Once the claim process is completed and approved:
- your refund will be processed within 15 business days
- the refund will be issued to your original payment method
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the transaction.
Free Return Policy
Items marked with a “Free Return” option may be returned within 15 calendar days of receipt, provided that:
- the item is unused and undamaged
- original packaging, labels, and safety seals are intact
Important Notes:
Free Return eligibility may depend on item size, destination, or warehouse location
For large orders or special destinations, eligibility must be confirmed before placing the order
Large Orders Definition:
Longest side exceeds 120 cm, or
Total dimensions (L + W + H) exceed 210 cm, or
Weight exceeds 30 kg
Return Labels & Shipping
Each return request is eligible for one prepaid return label
A maximum of three (3) prepaid return labels per customer per month is allowed
If multiple items from the same order are returned, all items should be shipped in one parcel whenever possible
Additional return shipments outside the provided label may require the buyer to cover shipping costs
Refund Processing
Returned items are inspected upon arrival at the warehouse
Refunds are issued once quality control confirms the item meets return conditions

Local Returns (Selected Locations Only)
Some products may qualify for Local Return service, depending on the seller’s warehouse location.

EU customers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal and a 2-year legal conformity warranty
